GroupM Media Private Limited is open up for a well experienced HR professional who has a broad experience in overall HR areas of expertise.

Being the Manager Human Resources, you are accountable for the overall HR function of GroupM, Sri Lanka.

  • Contribute the development of the organization plan as a member of the core team, provide advice/guidance to the Management on all aspects related to the development / implementation of Human resources, thereby facilitating organizational objectives.

 

  • Co-ordinate with relevant agency heads to maintain a proper performance management system and KPI setting by ensuring employee performance is monitored and rewarded in consistent manner.

 

  • Review and maintain organization structure, Job description and work with agency heads to ensure clarity of roles & responsibilities across the organization.

 

  • Implement tools and processes to conduct talent reviews and ensure career and succession plans are in place to facilitate employee development and to minimize organizational risk.

 

  • Manage all organizational resourcing requirements by attracting, selecting, and recruiting suitable talent in order to fulfill organizational requirements whilst ensuring the retention of employees by creating a satisfactory work environment across the alliance.

 

  • Ensure the training & development needs of all employees are identified and suitable development interventions are planned, implemented, and reviewed.

 

  • Develop and implement meaningful community engagement strategies/ activities to enhance the relationship between the employees and the organization.

 

  • Ensure on-time payroll process & maintain healthy compensation and benefit policy across the organization.

 

  • Ensure all statutory payments and returns are made on or before due dates.

 

The ideal candidate should bring in;

 

  • 10 years of work experience post with at least three years of managerial experience. 
  • Possess a solid academic background along with professional qualification in Human Resources Management with thorough understanding on related labour laws/ statues.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR processes.
  • Excellent Leadership, Negotiation, Analytical, Interpersonal, Presentation & Communication Skills.
  • Excellent command in English language both written & oral.
  • Possess good IT skills and ability work on MS office packages.
